From 2004 to date
Since 2004 Little Genius International has been evolving and collecting successes. The company began its activity in 2006 with the establishment of the kindergarten after a 24-month bureaucratic period. In 2007-2009, the company balanced its budget in the second academic year and trained teaching staff in lateral thinking by Prof. De Bono of the World Centre for New Thinking in Malta.
2010 - 2012
During 2010-2012, Little Genius registered its first logo and developed the ICE® methodology.
The school has expanded its facilities and moved to a new eco-friendly facility in Frascati, integrating into the Tor Vergata-Frascati research area.
2013 - 2015
In 2013-2015, the company formalized its organizational model and ICE® methodology, also obtaining B Corp certification in 2014.
In 2014, Little Genius adopted the flipped classroom, thus setting itself up for success during the pandemic.
2015 - 2016
In 2015-2016, the company obtained Cambridge International School® certification and implemented the Classe365 platform to enhance online teaching. The number of students and staff grew, and the school began to receive international recognition.
2021
In the next years, Little Genius continued innovating, launching research projects with Verso Technologies and introducing wearable technologies into the classroom. The school also adopted low-impact policies and scored highly as a B Corp. In 2021, despite the challenges, Little Genius was recognized as BCorp Best for Italy & Best for the World for the fourth consecutive year, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence.
In 2022, the company was granted a patent to connect the Education 4.0 ecosystem and ICE® methodology to a blockchain algorithm.
Little Genius International has again been recognized as Best for the World™ 2022, confirming its status as the world’s TOP Benefit Corporation.
